All cranes and hoists must be
certified with a load test @ 125% of capacity before
they are placed into service and after any critical load
bearing parts are replaced. these tests must be
documented and be maintained.
Failure to perform proper load tests during
inspections might make it impossible to discover load
bearing defects or improper repairs that could cause a
catastrophic crane or hoist failure. Protect the
safety of your people and prevent potential serious
liability issues by performing all required and
recommended inspections.

certified load tests on equipment from a 1/4 ton to well
over 100 tons. We have weights for tests of lower
capacity and utilize water weight bags on higher
capacities.
