C-Track Festoon Systems

Conductix C-Track Festoon Systems are available in Standard and Heavy-Duty versions. You can order your festoon system in separate components or pre-assembled and/or pre-wired.

 

Festoon Pre-Assembly And Pre-Wiring

Save time and money! Have Conductix pre-assemble your C-Track Festoon system. Trolleys are rolled into the storage track. Cables are strung through the trolleys at the specified loop depth, slid onto the storage track and cartoned. Upon arrival the system is installed on the host machine as one complete system. We can also pre-wire your junction boxes and connectors!

 

Standard Duty C-Track Festoon Systems

For light-duty applications such as cranes, hoists and production machines.
System features:

• 14 gauge galvanized or stainless steel track
  
• Three trolley styles: polypropylene, galvanized steel and aluminum
  
• Complete hardware for hanging the track and joining track sections together.
  
• Maximum load capacity: 40 lbs per trolley
  
• Maximum running speed: 250 fpm
  
• Available accessories: junction boxes, control box trolley, tow bar, tow cable, tow webbing and cable organizers
  

 

Heavy Duty C-Track Festoon Systems:

Ideal for larger cables and heavier duty-cycles. The system features:

• 12 gauge galvanized steel track
  
• Galvanized steel end clamp, tow trolley and cable trolleys with aluminum saddles
  
• All necessary hardware for hanging the track, jointing track sections together.
  
• Maximum load capacity: 80 lbs per trolley load
  
• Maximum running speed: 500 fpm
  
• Available accessories: junction boxes, control box trolley, tow bar, tow cables, tow webbing and cable organizers

Conductor Bar

Safe-Lec 2:

The new industry standard for crane electrification, monorails, and material handling mobile electrification. Collector shoes track accurately in the IP2 insulated, V-Contact bar. Safe-Lec 2 requires fewer joints and expansions sections than other types of systems!

 

Ampacity range: 60 amps to 400 amps; at 600 volts maximum.

The Original 8-Bar:

Conductor bar for crane electrification, monorail electrification, and material handling mobile electrification. Invented by Conductix 60 years ago! Easy to install and maintain. Many special options and components available. If you need 8-Bar, accept no substitutes! UL/CSA Listed.

 

Ampacity range: 40 amps to 500 amps at 600 volts maximum.
Max. speed: 900 fpm.

 

A compact conductor rail system:

1/4" spacing between bars - for small crane electrification and material handling mobile electrification applications, automated storage and retrieval systems. IP2 insulated.

 

Ampacity Range: 40 and 120 amps versions, at 600 volts
Max. Speed: 600 fpm

 

Hevi Bar I:

The rugged Hevi Bar I conductor rail system is ideal for port and mill crane mobile electrification. Thousands of feet are in use world-wide!

 

Ampacity Range: 700 amps, 1000 amps, 1500 amps
Voltage Range: 600, 4160, 7500, or 13800 volts
Max. Speed: 1000 fpm

 

Hevi-Bar II:

Conductor Bar is the preferred conductor rail solution for large crane electrification and material handling mobile electrification used in mills and other demanding applications. Available with optional Dura-Coat corrosion protection!

 

Ampacity Range: 500 amp, 700 amp, 1000 amp, 1500 amp at 600 volts max.
